GRANT OF USE
You may use these assets (3D models, textures, and related files) in your
personal or commercial projects, including games, visualizations, films,
and architectural renders.

FREE ASSETS
Some assets are permanently free. No payment is required for personal or
commercial use within a project.

PAID ASSETS
All other assets are available for purchase on a pay-what-you-want basis,
with a minimum of $1 USD per asset.

RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the raw asset files (zip or otherwise)
- Include these assets in asset packs, template projects, or bundles
  intended for redistribution or sale
- Claim authorship or ownership of the original assets
- Use these assets to create a competing asset store or collection

Attribution is appreciated but not required. If you credit this work,
